The man being addressed as the Rampart Lucky Local spent $20 on a Megabucks slot machine at the Rampart Casino in Las Vegas. Five minutes later, he became a millionaire.
Jenifer Smith, a spokeswoman from Rampart Casino, says the man chose to remain anonymous.
The lucky local said he was not a regular gambler, but decided to play at the slot machines with a visiting friend.
The man plans to build a new house of worship for his church because it has been holding services in a high school gymnasium, the casino said. Via nydailynews
